Do you accept insurance?

No. Gott Family Practice is a cash-pay only telehealth practice.
We do not accept or bill insurance.

Can I submit a receipt to my insurance for reimbursement?

No. We do not provide superbills or documentation for insurance reimbursement.
All services are paid out-of-pocket at the time of booking.

Do you see Medicare or Medicaid patients?

Due to federal regulations, we are unable to treat patients with active Medicare or Medicaid coverage, even on a cash-pay basis.

Who can you see?

We welcome:
